Fees: $35 – $65 a session is a typical copay for out of network benefits. Fifty (50) minute sessions are $350. Initial sixty (60) minutes intake session is $425. Some insurance companies cover 100% after a given out of pocket maximum. If your insurance does not cover the entire fee, your fee may be adjusted accordingly.
Payment for the first two (2) sessions are due at the time of the session. Starting with the third session, you may choose to pay only what is not covered by insurance and we will bill the insurance company for you. You may have a deductible that you are fully responsible for at the start of your insurance year.
Cash, check or major credit cards accepted. $40 fee for returned checks.

Making an appointment: Call 973-208-0085 and give your name, phone number and the best time to reach you.
48 hours notice: is required for cancellations for any reason to avoid a charge equal to 50% of your session fee.
Emergency procedures: This is an out patient service office. The office is not open or available on a 7 day/24 hour basis for crisis calls. In the event of an emergency, call 911, your local police or go to the hospital emergency room. In Bergen County dial 201-262-4347 (HELP) CarePlus, or contact Bergen Regional Hospital.
Home Visits: When medically necessary, for agoraphobia or other limiting condition, a series of home visits will be considered. There will be a charge for travel time.
